When you send an enquiry, we receive the name, email address, optional phone number, project type, and project details you provide. We also temporarily use your network address to limit automated abuse.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information only to respond, discuss potential work, provide services, maintain relevant business records, and protect the form from abuse.

Storage and disclosure

Enquiries are delivered through our email provider and are not sold. We retain them for up to 24 months, unless an active engagement or a business or legal record requires longer retention. Rate-limit records remain only in application memory and expire automatically.

Analytics

This website currently does not load third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or analytics cookies.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to records we are required to retain.
